The Caring Practitioner We Need:

We are looking for warm, approachable educators who genuinely want to make a positive impact in the early years. You do not need years of unbroken experience—just a brilliant attitude, your Level 3 qualification, and a love for working with children!

What you will be doing:

• Helping to cultivate a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and ready to learn.

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Supporting children through their daily routines, including mealtimes, creative play, and outdoor adventures.

• Building lovely, open relationships with parents and carers, chatting with them daily about their child's progress.

• Working closely with a friendly team who will be there to guide, support, and collaborate with you every step of the way.

What you must bring to the room:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: A valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate unlocks our top rate of £14.50 per hour! (If you do not have this yet, we still absolutely want to hear from you and can support your training!)

• The Right Attitude: A positive, collaborative mindset, whether you are refreshing your skills after a break or putting your brand-new qualification into practice.

• Safety First: A strict commitment to safeguarding and child protection. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required).
