While you do not need formal certificates to shine here, we do ask that you have a foundation of at least 3 months of experience in a nursery setting. The Friendly Assistant We Are Looking For:

We are seeking approachable, high-energy individuals who genuinely want to make a positive impact on young children's lives. Your enthusiasm, reliability, and warm personality are exactly what we need in the playroom.

What your day will look like:

• Helping to create a vibrant, safe, and joyful atmosphere where children feel completely at home.

• Getting stuck into the fun! You will assist with messy play, read magical stories, and support outdoor adventures.

• Helping children through their daily routines, including setting up activities, supporting mealtimes, and helping to keep the room clean and tidy.

• Chatting warmly with parents and carers at drop-off and pick-up times.

• Working closely with qualified practitioners who will guide you, support you, and show you the ropes every step of the way.

What you need to bring with you:

• A Little Experience: You must have at least 3 months of previous experience working within a nursery environment.

• No Formal Qualifications Required: You do not need a Level 2 or Level 3 certificate for this role—just a genuine passion for early years care and your practical experience!

• The Right Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn mindset. Whether you are building on your early career or returning to work, your enthusiasm is your best asset.

• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and a willingness to help out wherever needed in the playroom.

• Safety First: A strict commitment to safeguarding and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
