We are looking for approachable, positive individuals who are eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children. Unbroken years of experience are not required—we value your fantastic attitude, your Level 2 qualification, and your passion for learning!

What your day will look like:

• Collaborating with your team to maintain a vibrant, safe, and happy space where children feel completely at ease.

• Assisting in the creation and delivery of playful, age-appropriate learning activities guided by the EYFS framework.

• Supporting the children's individual needs throughout the day, including creative play, outdoor exploration, mealtimes, and quiet time.

• Forming friendly, trusting relationships with parents and carers, chatting with them at drop-off and pick-up times about their child's daily milestones.

• Working alongside experienced, qualified practitioners who are always on hand to answer questions, guide your practice, and help you grow.

What you need to bring with you:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: Do you hold a valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate? If so, you will unlock our top rate of £13.50 per hour! (If you do not have it yet, please still apply—we want you on the team and can help facilitate your training).

• The Right Attitude: A collaborative, can-do approach, whether you are refreshing old skills or putting brand-new ones to the test.

• Safety First: A rigorous commitment to safeguarding and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
