We are searching for approachable, positive individuals who are eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children. Unbroken years of experience are not required—we value your fantastic attitude, your Level 2 qualification, and your passion for learning!

What your day will look like:

• Working alongside a friendly team to maintain a vibrant, safe, and nurturing space where children feel completely at home.

• Helping to set up and run playful, age-appropriate activities inspired by the EYFS framework.

• Assisting children through their daily routines, from messy arts and crafts to outdoor exploration, mealtimes, and quiet rest.

• Developing lovely, trusting relationships with parents and carers, happily sharing updates about their child’s day.

• Collaborating with experienced practitioners who are always available to answer your questions, support your practice, and help you flourish.

What you need to bring with you:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: Do you have a valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate? If so, you will unlock our top rate of £13.50 per hour! (If you do not have it yet, please still apply—we want you on the team and can help facilitate your training).

• The Right Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn approach, whether you are refreshing old skills or putting brand-new ones to the test.

• Safety First: A rigorous commitment to safeguarding and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
