We are working with a wonderful nursery in SW20, and they are looking for a dedicated Third in Charge to join their team on a permanent basis. The Caring Leadership We Need:
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive leader who knows the EYFS inside out and loves creating a fun, engaging environment while guiding a team.
What you will be doing:

Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring practice and provision perfectly meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Supporting, supervising, and deploying playroom staff appropriately with their day-to-day duties to maintain required standards.

Ensuring the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocating children to keycarers appropriately.

Building open, positive working relationships with staff, and ensuring everyone maintains friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.

Providing professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child, while positively promoting the nursery to current and potential customers.
