The Essentials (Requirements)

* Experience: Ideally, you have worked with children before, but a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn are most important.

• Flexibility: The ability to be called upon for shifts (sometimes at short notice) is a huge plus.

• Suitability: All roles are subject to a clear Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

• Personality: You must be a "people person"—warm, approachable, and ready to engage with children immediately.

The Role As a member of our Bank Staff, no two days are the same. You might be supporting a messy play session in the morning and helping with a local nature walk in the afternoon. You are the extra pair of hands that makes the magic happen—assisting with snack times, supervising outdoor play, and ensuring every child feels safe and heard.
