Nursery Manager - Bradford
Join a well-established, small nursery in South Bradford caring for approximately 15 children. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and ensuring high-quality care and development for the children. You will lead by example, overseeing all aspects of nursery management including compliance, staff training, and parent communication.
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
Proven management experience in an early years setting
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a small team
Knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted requirements, and health & safety standards
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and fostering a nurturing environment
