Job Title: Early Years Specialist - Baby Room (LS29 / Ilkley)

Specialist Care: Provide nurturing, high-quality care specifically for babies, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Developmental Support: Lead sensory play, tummy time, and age-appropriate EYFS activities to spark early curiosity.
Routine Management: Manage sensitive feeding and sleep routines with precision and care.
Communication: Build strong, trusting bonds with parents, providing detailed feedback on their child's day.
Safety & Standards: Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards within the baby suite.

Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years.
Baby Room Experience: At least 3 months of recent experience specifically within a UK Private Day Nursery (PVI) baby room.
The "LS29 Ready" Mindset: Reliable, professional, and ready for a 7:00 AM booking call on your available days.
Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply immediately).
References: Ability to provide two professional childcare-related references.

Premium Pay: Earn £13.00ph (L3) or £12.50ph (L2) with weekly pay every Friday.
Local to You: Avoid the commute to Leeds or Bradford; work locally in Ilkley, Burley, or Addingham.
