Nexter are looking for Nursery Assistants to work on a temporary basis in various nurseries across Beeston and surrounding locations. Gain valuable experience, working with the early years age groups, building your professional network. Nexter offers great pay rates - £11-£12.75 subject to age and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities -
* Supporting children’s learning and development.
* Assisting with meal times and personal care.
* Creating a safe and stimulating environment.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
* Following safeguarding procedures and policies.
Requirements -
* Hold a Childcare Level 2 or 3 qualification, or have at least 3 months of relevant experience, or be currently studying towards a relevant qualification.
* An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
* A current, full Paediatric First Aid certificate.
* A genuine love of working with children.
* Reliability and flexibility to work in different nursery settings.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
