• Keeping the day flowing smoothly by setting up play stations, assisting during snack and mealtimes, and helping with general room tidying.

• Saying a warm hello to parents and carers at drop-off and pick-up, helping them feel connected to their child's day.

• Soaking up knowledge from experienced, qualified colleagues who are always on hand to help you learn the ropes.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• A Little Experience: You must have a foundation of at least 3 months of hands-on experience working within a nursery setting.

• No Formal Qualifications Needed: You do not need a Level 2 or Level 3 diploma for this role—just your practical know-how and a true passion for early years care!

• Your Vibe: You bring a positive, reliable, and eager-to-learn energy to the room. We don't expect perfection on day one; your enthusiasm is your best asset.

• Your Commitment to Safety: A rigorous dedication to safeguarding is essential. (An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
