Your Day-to-Day Adventures: Instead of a rigid routine, expect a dynamic day full of smiles, mess, and milestones! You will be:

• Working alongside a collaborative team to ensure the nursery is a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for every child.

• Getting creative! Helping to design and lead play-based activities that support the EYFS framework—think sensory bins, outdoor explorations, and storytelling.

• Gently guiding children through their daily routines, ensuring they feel secure during mealtimes, rest periods, and transitions.

• Chatting warmly with parents and carers, building trust and sharing those special little moments from their child's day.

• Soaking up knowledge from experienced colleagues who are always on hand to help you build your confidence.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Your Qualification: You hold a full, recognized Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• The PFA Perk: If you currently hold a valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate, you will instantly qualify for our top rate of £13.50 per hour! (Don't have it yet? We still want you to apply! We can help facilitate your training, and your rate will adjust once you complete it).

• Your Vibe: You bring a positive, can-do energy to the room. We don't expect perfection on day one; we just want your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

• Your Commitment to Safety: A rigorous dedication to safeguarding is essential. (An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
