While you do not need formal childcare certificates to be successful here, we do require a foundation of at least 3 months of experience in a nursery. What your day will look like:

• Bringing a ray of sunshine to the room, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and excited to play.

• Jumping right into the fun stuff! You will be helping with messy crafts, building block towers, reading stories, and supervising outdoor garden games.

• Keeping the day flowing smoothly by setting up play stations, assisting during snack and mealtimes, and helping with general tidying.

• Saying a warm hello to parents and carers at drop-off and pick-up, helping them feel connected to their child's day.

• Partnering with experienced, qualified staff who will guide you, answer your questions, and help you learn the ropes.

What you need to bring with you:

• Practical Experience: You must have a minimum of 3 months of hands-on experience working within a nursery setting.

• No Formal Qualifications Needed: You do not need a Level 2 or Level 3 diploma for this role—just a true passion for early years care and your practical know-how!

• The Right Attitude: A positive, reliable, and eager-to-learn personality. Whether you are returning to work or building on early experience, your enthusiasm is your best asset.

• Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset, always happy to lend a hand where it is needed most.

• Safety First: A deep commitment to safeguarding the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
