The Friendly Educator We Are Looking For:

We are looking for approachable, positive individuals who are eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children. We do not expect you to know everything on day one—we value your fantastic attitude, your Level 2 qualification, and your passion for early years education!

What your day will look like:

• Collaborating with your team to maintain a vibrant, safe, and happy space where children feel completely at ease and ready to learn.

• Assisting in the creation and delivery of playful, messy, and engaging activities guided by the EYFS framework.

• Supporting the children’s individual needs throughout the day, including creative arts, outdoor garden exploration, mealtimes, and quiet rest.

• Forming friendly, trusting relationships with parents and carers, happily chatting with them at drop-off and pick-up times about their child's daily milestones.

• Working alongside experienced, qualified practitioners who are always on hand to answer questions, guide your practice, and help you grow.

What you need to bring with you:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: Our top rate of £13.50 per hour is available if you currently hold a valid 12-hour PFA certificate! (If you do not have it just yet, please still apply—we want you on the team and can help facilitate your training, with your rate adjusting once completed).

• The Right Attitude: A collaborative, can-do approach, whether you are refreshing old skills or putting brand-new ones to the test.

• Safety First: A rigorous commitment to safeguarding, company policies, and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
