We are looking for kind-hearted, approachable professionals who want to make a lasting difference in children's early development. You do not need to have years of continuous experience—what we value most is your fantastic attitude, your Level 3 qualification, and your enthusiasm for early years education!

What your day will look like:

• Leading by example to craft a vibrant, safe, and inclusive space where children feel completely at home and eager to explore.

• Putting your EYFS knowledge into practice by planning and delivering exciting, curiosity-driven activities.

• Guiding children through their essential daily routines—from messy sensory play and outdoor learning to peaceful rest times and nutritious meals.

• Building warm, communicative bonds with families, proudly sharing updates on their child’s daily achievements and milestones.

• Working hand-in-hand with a friendly, collaborative team who will be there to uplift, guide, and support you every step of the way.

What you must bring to the room:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: Our top rate of £14.50 per hour is available if you currently hold a valid 12-hour PFA certificate! (If you do not have it just yet, please still apply—we want you on our team and can assist with your training, with your rate adjusting once completed).

• The Right Attitude: A positive, can-do mindset. Whether you are dusting off your skills after a break or putting brand-new ones into action, your enthusiasm is what truly matters.

• Safety First: A strict, rigorous commitment to safeguarding and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
