What We Look For:

• The Qualification: A "Full & Relevant" Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., EYE, NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, NNEB, or equivalent). Newly qualified practitioners are warmly welcomed.

• Paediatric First Aid (PFA): A current 12-Hour Paediatric First Aid certificate unlocks our £13.50/hr rate. (If your certificate has lapsed during a break, we can still get you started and guide you onto a certified course).

• Working Knowledge: A solid, confident understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory room ratios, and standard safeguarding practices.

• Compliance Checks: An Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service, or we can assist you in processing a new check) and 2 professional, verifiable childcare references.
