What We Need From You (Our Simple Entry Tiers):

We keep our standards high but our entry process straightforward. We have spaces for two distinct types of superstars:

The Qualified Tier:

• You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE). (Please note: Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant qualifications do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements for this tier).

The Unqualified / Support Tier:

• No childcare qualification? No problem! If you have 3 months or more of verifiable experience working within a private nursery setting, we will fast-track you into our assistant roles.

Statutory Compliance:

• To count in nursery ratios, you will need a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate. If you don't have one or yours has expired, don't sweat it—we will help you get booked onto a course immediately to keep you compliant with the latest regulations.
