The Caring Practitioner We Need:
We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands the EYFS inside out and knows how to create a stimulating, safe space where children can thrive.
What you will be doing:
-
Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery to ensure an exceptional learning environment.

Supporting, supervising, and appropriately deploying playroom staff with their day-to-day duties to ensure required standards are delivered and maintained.

Ensuring the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and appropriately allocating children to keycarers.
-
Ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the exact requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
-
Providing professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child's progress.
-
Positively promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
-
Developing open and positive working relationships with staff, and ensuring all colleagues maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
What you must bring to the room:

The Right Experience: Strong early years knowledge and a deeply nurturing personality, with a readiness to get hands-on with daily care, play, and learning.

Safety First: A strict commitment to following company policies and safeguarding procedures. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
