The Professionals We Are Looking For:

A nurturing temperament and a proactive, "step-up" attitude are exactly what our partner nurseries need. We are warmly welcoming candidates across two distinct pathways:

1. The Qualified Specialists (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, Level 3 Early Years Educator).

• (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).

2. The Experienced Unqualified Practitioners:

• You might not possess the official qualification just yet, but you have a wealth of practical experience and a completely natural, nurturing flair for early years! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery setting and are highly proactive on the floor, we want you on our team.

The Crucial Requirements for Everyone:

• The Proactive Mindset: You don't wait to be directed. You naturally see what needs doing—whether it is comforting a child, setting up a sensory activity, or tidying a play area—and you get it done with a passionate, positive attitude.

• The Safety Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not have one right now, you must be eager and willing to complete the training to help us keep our early years environments safe and compliant.
