THE MISSION ASSIGNMENT (REQUIREMENTS)

To facilitate our rapid placement process, candidates must provide the following:

• Professional References: Please provide contact details for two referees immediately.

• Background Verification: You must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.

• Placement: Once references are received and your DBS is verified, you will be cleared for immediate booking.

THE QUALIFICATION BAR

• Qualified Tier: Candidates must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years or Childcare qualification at Level 2 or Level 3.

• Unqualified Tier: We welcome applicants with alternative qualifications provided they have 3 months+ of verifiable experience within a private nursery setting.

• 2025 Compliance Standard: All practitioners counted within nursery ratios must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate or be willing to obtain one immediately.
