"We have been using Nexter for early years staff cover since they opened, and couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Reliable, consistent, and excellent communication - having used lots of well known agencies over the years, there is a noticeable difference in the quality of service provided by Nexter, especially in the personable, partnership-focused approach; Nick, Emma and the team have taken the time to get to know our setting, and we never feel like we are just another setting on the list.

I have been impressed by Nexter’s high expectations for their candidates, which unfortunately in my experience with other agencies, isn’t always the case. Nexter genuinely value feedback on their candidates, and use this feedback in supporting and developing them, which results in a much more positive experience for all involved.

In addition to this, we have recruited permanent staff through Nexter, and found the process to be smooth and efficient, and good value, especially compared to other recruitment messages - whilst the cost of recruitment through any agency initially seems high for an individual setting, Nexter take a lot of the hard work and doubt out of the process, which is worth it in the long run, and saves a lot of wasted time, which when recruiting, we simply don’t have.
