Who?
Founded by Nick Breeze, a seasoned professional in the nursery recruitment industry, Nexter Recruitment brings specialised nursery staffing solutions to nurseries, schools, and childcare settings across the region.
Originally from Batley, Nick spent the past 25 years in London, where he successfully founded and ran a nursery recruitment agency for 15 years before sale in 2020. Now, he's returned to his hometown with a mission to bring nursery recruitment specialist services to Yorkshire.

From the new base in Leeds, the company will initially cover Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale, with plans to expand to York and Sheffield towards the end of 2024.
