We are seeking kind, enthusiastic individuals who want to help children flourish. You do not need unbroken years of experience—just a brilliant attitude, your Level 2 qualification, and a genuine passion for early years education!

What your day will look like:

• Creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn.

• Helping to organize and run fun, age-appropriate play activities guided by the EYFS framework.

• Assisting children through their daily routines, including messy play, mealtimes, hygiene, and outdoor adventures.

• Building strong, trusting relationships with parents and sharing lovely updates about their child’s day.

• Working hand-in-hand with an experienced team ready to support, guide, and collaborate with you.

What you need to bring with you:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: Do you have a valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate? If so, you will unlock our top rate of £13.50 per hour! (If you do not have it yet, do not worry—we still absolutely want you on the team and can support your training).

• The Right Attitude: A positive, collaborative approach, whether you are refreshing your skills after a break or putting your brand-new qualification to use.

• Safety First: A strict commitment to safeguarding and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
