This modern setting boasts four thoughtfully designed rooms, a vibrant visual arts studio for creative expression, and a calming sensory room to help children unwind. You will be part of a team delivering a wonderfully rich curriculum—featuring bespoke programs like 'Innovate & Investigate', 'Move & Groove', and 'Health & Self'—alongside Spanish lessons, yoga, and regular outings to local parks and the library!

The Caring Educator We Need:

We are looking for a proactive and inspiring Educator who understands the EYFS inside out and knows how to cultivate a stimulating, safe, and high-quality learning environment for children of all abilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Promoting exceptional standards of quality within the nursery to ensure an inspiring learning environment.

  • Supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties to ensure required standards are consistently delivered.

  • Ensuring the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and appropriately allocating children to keycarers.

  • Guaranteeing that practice and provision within the nursery perfectly meets the exact requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Providing professional, relevant, and engaging feedback to parents and carers about their child's unique developmental journey.

  • Positively promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers.

  • Developing open, positive working relationships with your team, and ensuring all colleagues maintain friendly, professional relationships with families.

What you must bring to the room:

  • The Right Experience: Strong early years knowledge, a deeply nurturing personality, and a readiness to get hands-on with daily care, imaginative play, and structured early learning.

  • Safety First: A strict commitment to following company policies and safeguarding procedures. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
