ESSENTIAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & COMPLIANCE

The Qualified Pathway: You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). Please note: Teaching Assistant (TA) or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements for these qualified roles.

The Assistant Pathway (Unqualified): No formal childcare certificate? No problem. If you possess a minimum of 3 months of solid, verifiable experience working within a UK private nursery environment, our team can fast-track you into our assistant network.

Sector Knowledge: A confident, working understanding of the EYFS framework, nursery ratios, and general Ofsted expectations, alongside a natural passion for child-initiated learning and organic, prepared learning spaces.

Paediatric First Aid (PFA): A current Full Paediatric First Aid certificate is highly preferred. However, if you meet our qualification or experience benchmarks and have the right enthusiasm, we will fully support and fast-track you onto a certified course within your first 3 months with us.

Vetting Checks: All applicants must possess an active Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to process a new one) and be able to provide 2 professional references for immediate verification.
