What We Look For in Our Specialists:

Because our partner nurseries look to us for high-caliber, reliable cover that keeps them running smoothly, our benchmarks are firm:

• The Credentials: You MUST hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements).

• The Knowledge: A confident, comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations. You are someone who is completely "nursery-ready" from day one.

• The PFA Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. Don't have one right now? As long as you possess the right qualifications and enthusiasm, we will fully support and fast-track you onto a certified course within your first 3 months on our team.
