Our Standards (What We Look For):

Because our partner settings look to us for high-caliber, reliable cover that keeps them running smoothly, our benchmarks are firm:

• The Credentials: You MUST hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not satisfy statutory nursery ratio requirements).

• The Knowledge: A confident, working understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations. You are someone who is completely "nursery-ready" from day one.

• The PFA Compliance: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. Don't have one right now? If you possess the right qualifications and enthusiasm, we will fully support and fast-track you onto a certified course within your first 3 months on our team.
