THE MANDATORY ASSIGNMENT (REQUIREMENTS)

Our compliance standards are rigorous but designed for speed. To proceed quickly, you must provide:

• Vetting Validation: Two independent references confirming your nursery experience.

• Background Check: An Enhanced DBS registered explicitly on the Update Service.

• Onboarding Consent: Agreement to quick vetting processes so we can activate your profile with minimal delay.

THE QUALIFICATION BENCHMARK

• Qualified Status: NVQ, CACHE, or EYE Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualifications.

• Unqualified Status: Verifiable experience (minimum 3 months) within a private nursery environment. Alternative educational qualifications are welcome at our assistant pay scale.

• 2025 Statutory Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is standard policy for ratio-counted staff.
