A highly respected nursery in Horsforth is looking for a Deputy Room Leader to join their baby room team. You’ll help create a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for babies, supporting daily routines and activities and working closely with the Room Leader and wider nursery staff. This is a full-time role, offering 40 hours across just 4 days per week for a better work-life balance.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
Experience working with babies (nursery/early years setting)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to support daily routines, learning, and play

Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willing to obtain)
