We are actively recruiting passionate, Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join some incredibly supportive and friendly nurseries in the Lewisham and SE18 areas (including Woolwich, Plumstead, and nearby). The Caring Practitioner We Need:

We are looking for warm, approachable educators who want to make a real difference in the early years. You do not need years of unbroken experience—just a great attitude, your Level 3 qualification, and a love for working with children!

What you will be doing:

• Helping to create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and ready to learn.

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Supporting children through their daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods.

• Building lovely, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's daily adventures.

• Working closely with a friendly team who will be there to guide, support, and collaborate with you every step of the way.

What you must bring to the room:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: A valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate unlocks our top rate of £14.50 per hour! (If you do not have this yet, we still want to hear from you!)

• The Right Attitude: A positive mindset, whether you are refreshing your skills after a break or putting your brand-new qualification into practice.

• Safety First: A strict commitment to safeguarding and child protection. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required).
