What We Look For:

• The Qualification: A "Full & Relevant" Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., EYE, NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, NNEB, or equivalent). Newly qualified practitioners are warmly welcomed!

• The First Aid Hook: A current 12-Hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate unlocks our top tier rate of £13.50/hr. (If yours has lapsed during a break, don't worry—we can still get you started and help you renew it).

• The Mindset: Kind, patient, dependable, and genuinely happy to engage with young learners.

• Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service or willing to process a new check with us) and 2 professional references.
