ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualifications: You MUST hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, CACHE Level 2 Certificate, or equivalent). (Please note: Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements).

2. Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of the EYFS framework, nursery ratios, and basic safeguarding standards.

3. Vetting: Active Enhanced DBS check (or willing to process a new one through us) and 2 professional references.
