Are you an experienced early years professional ready to take the helm of a vibrant, purpose-built nursery? We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead a dedicated team, championing curiosity and ensuring every child thrives.
We are partnering with a stunning, modern nursery in West Finchley. This exceptional setting boasts four spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms, a dedicated visual arts studio for creative expression, and a calming sensory room where children can unwind. With a lovely outdoor space for exploration and regular community outings to local parks and the library, this nursery offers a truly rich environment for both children and staff.

The Caring Leader We Need:
We are looking for a proactive, inspirational Manager who understands the EYFS inside out and knows how to cultivate a stimulating, safe, and high-quality environment for both children and staff.
What you will be doing:

Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery to ensure an exceptional learning environment.

Supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.

Deploying staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.

Ensuring the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and appropriately allocating children to keycarers.

Ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery perfectly meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Providing professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child's progress.

Positively promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers.

Developing open and positive working relationships with staff, and ensuring all colleagues develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
What you must bring to the Nursery:

The Right Leadership: Proven management or strong leadership experience in early years, a deeply nurturing personality, and a readiness to lead by example.

Safety First: A strict commitment to following company policies and safeguarding procedures. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
