We are working with a fantastic nursery in KT6, and they are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a highly supportive, proudly "Outstanding" Ofsted-rated setting that offers a wonderful home-from-home environment where children are encouraged to discover the world around them. The Caring Leadership We Need:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive leader who knows the EYFS inside out and loves creating a rich, stimulating environment while guiding a team to success.
What you will be doing:

Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery regarding the environment, resources, and experiences offered to the children.

Ensuring that all children receive rich, stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.

Taking responsibility for all administrative duties, including maintaining children’s records, ordering equipment, managing inventories, and keeping personnel records.

Facilitating inspections by regulatory bodies and implementing any recommendations to maintain the highest standards.

Ensuring the nursery remains fully compliant regarding suitably trained staff with relevant first aid qualifications.

Agreeing on and actively delivering occupancy targets.

Recruiting, inducting, supporting, training, and appraising all staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare practice.

Ensuring that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
What you must bring to the room:

The Right Leadership: Strong early years management experience with the ability to inspire a team, manage compliance, and maintain exceptional educational standards.
