The Simple Entry Tiers:

• The Qualified Bracket: Must hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE, EYE).

• The Support Bracket (Unqualified): If you don’t have a childcare qualification but possess 3 months or more of verifiable experience in a private nursery setting, we want to fast-track you into our assistant roles.

• The Statutory Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is required for ratio placement.
