The Simple Entry Tiers:

• The Qualified Bracket: Must hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare credential (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE). Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not count toward qualified ratio rates.

• The Support Bracket (Unqualified): No formal certificate? No problem. Show us 3 months+ of verifiable experience in a private nursery setting, and we will fast-track you into our assistant network.

• The Statutory Standard: You will need a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate to count in ratios. If you don't have one or yours has expired, we will help you get trained immediately.
