We are searching for approachable, positive individuals who are eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children. We do not expect you to know everything on day one—we value your fantastic attitude, your Level 2 qualification, and your passion for learning!

What your day will look like:

• Creating a warm, inclusive, and fun atmosphere where every child feels safe and eager to discover new things.

• Helping to organize and deliver exciting, age-appropriate play experiences that align with the EYFS framework.

• Assisting children through their daily milestones, from sensory and messy play to outdoor garden time and restful naps.

• Chatting with parents and carers at the beginning and end of the day, building trusting relationships and sharing lovely updates about their child.

• Working closely alongside experienced practitioners who are always ready to answer your questions and guide your practice.

What you need to bring with you:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, recognized Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• First Aid Bonus: Do you hold a valid 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate? If so, you will unlock our top rate of £13.50 per hour! (If you do not have it yet, please still apply—we want you on the team and can help support your training).

• The Right Attitude: A cheerful, can-do mindset. Whether you are dusting off your skills or putting brand-new ones into action, your enthusiasm is what matters most.

• Safety First: A rigorous commitment to safeguarding and protecting the children in your care. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position).
