The Dedicated Assistant We Need:
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Nursery Assistant who is ready to support qualified practitioners and help maintain a secure, joyful environment where children can truly thrive.
What you will be doing:

Carefully supervising and supporting the children at all times to ensure their ongoing safety and happiness.

Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging, educational activities under the supportive guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners.

Keeping the nursery environment consistently welcoming, engaging, and safe for everyone.

Strictly adhering to all operational practices, company policies, and vital safeguarding procedures.

Fostering wonderful, positive relationships with the children, their families, and your fellow colleagues.

Actively participating in staff meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing training as required.
