Nexter Nursery Recruitment in London: 10 Months On
When we quietly launched our London desk in the summer of 2025, we didn't stop to write about it. We were too busy. Ten months on, it feels like a good moment to pause and share how things have gone.
Where we are
We now have accounts with 30 nurseries across Lewisham, Greenwich and Southwark. We've placed a variety of permanent nursery staff in that time — nursery nurses, nursery assistants, and even a nursery admin assistant — and of course we have nursery cover staff out daily.
The feedback from London nursery managers has been consistent: they want a reliable supplier who takes compliance seriously and is actually easy to get hold of. That's what we've focused on. We're open from 7am every weekday, and we even reply to messages in the evening up to 10pm.
And as you'd expect - every temp we place has been through the same thorough DBS and vetting process we use across all our work.
Where we're going
We're now actively expanding beyond our existing area. Bexley and Bromley are next on the map, and we're welcoming enquiries from nursery managers across south east London.
