The Simple Entry Tiers:

• The Qualified Bracket: Requires an active Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ). Note: Teaching Assistant and Health & Social Care certifications do not meet nursery ratio criteria.

• The Support Bracket (Unqualified): A minimum of 3 months of verifiable history in a private nursery setting unlocks our assistant entry point.

• The Statutory Standard: Possession of an active Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is standard policy for ratio-counted staff.
