We are looking for energetic, dedicated Summer Camp and Forest School Practitioners & Assistants to join our team across Lewisham and Southwark this season. Whether you are leading woodland activities in local parks or facilitating dynamic camp games at school holiday clubs, we provide flexible, reward-focused work that lets you inspire children without the weight of administrative paperwork.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking adaptable individuals with a natural spark for engaging children in creative outdoor play, summer activities, and woodland exploration.

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare, Outdoor Education, or Forest School Leadership is preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience working in Summer Camps, Forest Schools, Primary Schools, or Nurseries. You know how to keep energy high and safety paramount!

• Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS: You MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.

  • References: You MUST be able to provide two professional references immediately upon application to enable a quick start.

  • First Aid: Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) or Outdoor First Aid certificate is highly desirable.
