The Qualified Practitioner We Need:

We are looking for an experienced, qualified professional to deliver high-quality education, spark curiosity, and build wonderful bonds with the children and their families.

What you will be doing:

  • Championing outstanding quality standards throughout the nursery to cultivate an inspiring learning space.

  • Supporting and guiding playroom colleagues in their daily routines and educational practices.

  • Assisting in the correct deployment of staff to guarantee exceptional care standards are seamlessly maintained across the rooms.

  • Effectively executing keycarer procedures and ensuring children are matched with their key workers appropriately.

  • Guaranteeing that all daily activities and room setups rigorously meet Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.

  • Delivering highly professional, relevant, and constructive feedback to parents and carers regarding their child's individual progress.

  • Acting as an active, positive ambassador for the setting to current and prospective families.

  • Nurturing fantastic, open working relationships with your colleagues and ensuring the whole team maintains friendly professionalism with parents.

What you must bring to the room:

  • The Right Qualifications: You must hold a full and recognized Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, alongside a strong, practical understanding of the EYFS framework.

  • Safety First: A strict commitment to following company policies and safeguarding procedures. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
