Boasting four spacious, natural-light-filled rooms dedicated to different age groups, this setting is perfectly organized to support both staff and children throughout the day. With engaging forest school sessions, giant mark-making activities, and a separate, cosy garden just for the babies, every day brings a new adventure. The Eager Apprentice We Need:

We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Apprentice who is ready to dive into the world of early years education within a nurturing, professional setting.

What you will be doing:

• Working towards your recognized Early Years qualification while gaining vital, hands-on classroom experience.

• Supervising, supporting, and ensuring the individual needs of every child are consistently identified and met.

• Diving into a wide variety of daily interactive tasks, from reading magical stories and playing games to assisting with mealtimes and changing nappies.

• Acting as a positive, practical, and inspiring role model for the children.

• Developing warm, professional relationships with your fellow staff members and the parents.

• Ensuring you fully understand and rigorously follow all essential Safeguarding Procedures.
  
  

What you must bring to the room:

• The Right Attitude: A genuine passion for childcare, a willingness to learn, and the enthusiastic energy needed to keep up with active learners! (No prior qualifications are necessary—just your dedication!).

• Safety First: A strict commitment to following company policies and safeguarding procedures. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, which will be carried out by an approved third-party provider).
