Room Leader / Early Years Educator | Chingford (E4) | £14.40-£15.00ph

Lead, Explore, and Inspire by the Forest! 🌳

Are you a passionate early years professional who loves the great outdoors just as much as creating magical indoor learning spaces? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic early years leader to join a wonderful setting where nature, curiosity, and exploration are at the heart of everyday learning.

We are working with a highly trusted, 72-place nursery nestled in a beautiful Lodge House on the edge of Epping Forest in Chingford (E4). This unique setting boasts half an acre of grounds with three Forest School gardens, a dedicated preschool Log Cabin, and a calming indoor sensory room. Rated "Good" by Ofsted—with a new inspection expected soon—and holding a stellar 9.6 Daynurseries score, it is celebrated for its long-standing team and excellent parent partnerships.

Whether you are driving in (free parking is available!) or taking public transport (the 397 bus from Chingford Overground stops right outside), you will be joining a welcoming team in a positive working environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported to grow.

The Caring Educator We Need:
