The Caring Assistant We Need:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Assistant who loves creating a fun, welcoming environment and is eager to learn.

What you will be doing:

• Actively supervising and supporting children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Preparing and supporting engaging activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners.

• Maintaining a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for the children to enjoy.

• Building positive, friendly relationships with children, parents, and your colleagues.

• Getting involved by attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required.
  
  

What you must bring to the room:

• The Right Nature: A deeply nurturing personality, genuine enthusiasm, and a readiness to get hands-on with daily care, play, and learning.
