We are working with a wonderful nursery in SW20, and they are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Caring Team We Need:

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Level 2 Practitioner who knows the EYFS inside out and loves creating a fun, engaging environment.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties, ensuring staff are deployed appropriately to maintain required standards.

• Promoting high standards of quality and ensuring all practice and provision meets the strict requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Leading the effective implementation of keycarer procedures and allocating children to keycarers appropriately.

• Building fantastic, open relationships with colleagues, and providing professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers.

• Positively promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
  
  

What you must bring to the room:

• The Right Qualifications: A full, relevant Level 2 qualification in Early Years.

• The Right Nature: A deeply nurturing personality, genuine enthusiasm, and a readiness to get involved in reading, playing, and daily care.

• Safety First: A strict commitment to following company policies and safeguarding procedures. (Please note: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role).
