If your favorite part of the day involves messy hands, singing slightly out of tune, and celebrating tiny milestones, you are exactly the kind of person we want to hear from. We are looking for educators who genuinely love the busy, wonderful world of childcare and aren't afraid to get a bit of glitter on their uniform.

We have teamed up with a lovely network of nurseries across Chingford and the London Borough of Waltham Forest. They are searching for truly enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners and Assistants to step in, support their rooms, and bring a big dose of positivity to the children's day.

Childcare is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be exhausting if you don't have the right balance. That is where we come in. You bring your passion to the playroom, and we will build a flexible work schedule that actually lets you enjoy your weekends (or your weekdays!).

What We Offer You:

• Great Pay, Every Week: You pour your heart into this job, and you deserve to be rewarded for it. Earn between £12.75 and £14.50 an hour, hitting your bank account every Friday without fail. 

• Keep Things Local in E4: Skip the stressful morning traffic. We focus on finding you wonderful nursery placements right here in Chingford and the nearby communities. 

• Work When It Suits You: You are in total control. Want to work five days a week? Great. Only free for a couple of afternoons? No problem at all. We fit around your life. 

• The £100 Friend Bonus: Know someone else who is amazing with kids? Point them in our direction, and we will send you £100 once they finish their first 100 hours of work. 
  
  

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for upbeat, hands-on staff who are ready to jump into activities from the moment they arrive. We currently have roles for:

1. Qualified Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You hold a full, relevant Early Years qualification (like an NVQ, CACHE, NNEB, or Level 3 Early Years Educator).

• (Just to note: Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant certificates don't cover the specific statutory nursery ratios we need here).

2. Experienced Unqualified Assistants:

• You might not have the official paperwork just yet, but you have real, recent experience working in a busy early years setting. You know the daily routine inside out and love being part of a lively team.

What you need to bring:

• The Enthusiasm: A genuine love for early education, rock-solid timekeeping, and a happy, can-do attitude.

• First Aid Training: A Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is ideal. If you don't have one yet, you just need to be happy to complete the training to make sure the children are always in safe hands.
