We are currently partnering with some highly rated, forward-thinking nurseries right across Sydenham and the SE26 area. They are actively looking for upbeat, hands-on Early Years Practitioners and Assistants to join their teams on a flexible basis and keep the positive momentum going.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for go-getters who are ready to make a difference the moment they walk through the door. We have spots open for:

1. Qualified Educators (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You possess a full and recognized Early Years qualification (such as an NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or Level 3 Early Years Educator).

• (Note: Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant pathways do not cover statutory nursery ratios for this tier).

2. Experienced Nursery Assistants:

• You might not have the official qualification yet, but you have recent, hands-on professional experience in a busy nursery. You know exactly what needs to be done without being asked!

What you need to bring:

• The Drive: A genuinely enthusiastic approach to childcare, total reliability, and a readiness to dive into the daily routine.

• Safety First: A Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is preferred. If you don't have one, you just need to be willing to undertake the training to keep the little ones safe under our care.
