The Early Years Talent We Need:
We are actively searching for energetic educators who naturally take the initiative and love being completely immersed in the daily routine. We are welcoming applications across two specific pathways:
1. The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3):

You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, or a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma).

(Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not fulfill the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).
2. The Experienced & Driven Unqualified Staff:

You may not possess the formal paperwork, but your extensive hands-on experience and vibrant flair for childcare are undeniable! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery and a wonderfully proactive attitude, we want to hear from you.
What You Must Bring to the Floor:

The Vibe: An uplifting passion for early childhood development, bulletproof reliability, and the eager initiative to jump into every activity with a smile.

The Safeguarding Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable. If you do not have one, you must be fully committed to undertaking the training to ensure our nursery environments remain incredibly safe.
