Role Overview:

As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our nurseries, contributing to the care, development, and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. From assisting with activities and meals to providing nurturing care and support, your dedication and passion will make a difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a nursery setting or relevant childcare environment.

• Working towards a qualification in childcare or education OR NVQ 2 or 3 in health & social care.

• Minimum of 1 childcare reference.

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (DBS checked every 3 months).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support nursery staff in delivering high-quality care and education to children.

• Assist with daily routines, activities, and mealtimes, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.

• Engage in positive interactions with children, fostering their development and promoting a nurturing environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
