Be the Heartbeat of a Thriving Nursery (as a Team):

• Lead the phased reopening (Nursery Manager): Play a pivotal role in relaunching the nursery and shaping its future.
• Support the reopening journey (Deputy Nursery Manager): Work hand-in-hand with the Nursery Manager to ensure a smooth and successful reopening.
• Build a nurturing team (Together): Inspire and empower dedicated staff to deliver exceptional early years care.
• Navigate the reopening journey (Together): We understand the challenges of launching a new nursery, and we'll be with you every step of the way. You'll benefit from a comprehensive support system and phased reopening plan to ensure a smooth transition.

• Competitive salary:
  • Nursery Manager: £32,000 - £33,000 per annum, with additional travel expenses for long commutes.
  • Deputy Nursery Manager: Salary commensurate with experience, with additional travel expenses for long commutes.

Qualifications (For Both Roles):

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills (with a focus on leadership for Nursery Manager and teamwork for Deputy Manager).
• Deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early years education and a commitment to exceptional child care.
• (For Nursery Manager): Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent.
